Tara experienced deep
healing for the first time 15 years ago when she began a hypno birthing
programme on her first pregnancy. This amazing experience led her on a journey
of continuous learning, study and self healing and self discovery.
Tara has experienced the benefit of Reflexology throughout all her pregnancies and during the postpartum period. Reflexology has helped Tara to find balance in her life and stay grounded and energised at the busiest of times. Her treatments are heart centered and she seeks to help people to connect to their bodies and themselves in a deeper and more meangingful way. Tara brings a gentle presence to her treatments where she helps you to go inward and holds space for self healing, self-love and present moment awareness. Her wish is that you leave feeling cared for, nurtured, lighter and revitalised.
Her work brings her incredible joy and
all her trainings have been motivated by a natural curiosity and desire to
learn more about herself and to help her kids, husband, family and friends.
Tara is a qualified Reflexologist
since 2011, a Maternity Reflexologist, Certified
Baby and Children Reflexology Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Certified
Meditation Instructor, Certified Connected Kids Tutor and a qualified Yoga
Teacher and recently completed her training with Firefly International in Trauma-Informed Yoga. Tara is currently entering Year 2 Acupuncture Training
with Acupuncture Foundation Ireland.
Tara is married to Jon and is a mother
to 4 kids and a very cute dog called Bamber! All get to experience the benefits
of her healing therapies. She loves to walk in nature, meditate, stretch and
breathe on her mat, read and enjoy new adventures.
